It’s watermelon season! We love to enjoy this sweet treat at every meal — mixing it up in drinks, adding to salads and topping our yogurt. This Summer, with COVID-19 changing how we host friends and family, we’re getting creative when creating our menus to make things social distance friendly. You can dazzle your guests with this watermelon pizza — that’s ready in 5-minutes flat!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole watermelon cut into quartered triangles
- 1 oz crumbled feta or goat cheese
- 1 bunch fresh mint sprigs
- 1 oz olive oil
- 1 lime
- Sprinkle Cracked black pepper & sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Slice watermelon into quartered triangles
- Crumble feta or goat cheese on top
- Coarsely chop the fresh mint leaves and sprinkle on top
- Sprinkle cracked black pepper & sea salt
- Squeeze fresh lime juice
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil
